“Fitness in some form—running, triathlon, lifting weights—has been in my life for years but it wasn’t until I started doing Barre that I fell in love with the idea that finding time to move my body didn’t have to be high impact all the time and—gasp!—could also include my fave thing, stretching! Encouraging lifelong fitness is important to me and I’m excited to share that enthusiasm with our members soon!”
